It's All About The Little Things
So there are all these milestones that apparently take place after you have a baby - and we just got to one: the hand-eye-coordination and then "hitting things." Gavin has definitely fell in love with his playmat (and yes, it is on our guest bed for now until he starts moving...). He loves watching the lights change and then all the animal toys that hang down - then all of sudden - he knows how to hit the blue monkey. Yes - we are loving this new "little" thing that Gavin is doing - and because of this we think he is going to be a genius (we are SO new parents).

I wish I was this interested in my son now that he's 3 years old and running around like a maniac hitting things. "Yeah Adam... way to hit your daddy!! Get him, get him." My how things change in a few short years.
